Established in October 1983, GEAR Running Store was originally located on Excelsior Boulevard in St. Louis Park.  In 2001, GEAR relocated to Edina. Over the years, GEAR has employed many elite athletes, sponsored local races, led training groups, hosted winning race teams, and been active in community giving.
